Are connecting to FB or Kingdom? If so you might want to check it's still connected to it, if it is try disconnecting and reconnecting again to reset it.

On PC it goes up to 1625 but that will only increase once more levels are made. Since you're on 1595 I'd make a bet that you've got an iPhone, right? An update should be out very soon since it's already been released for Android.

Did you previously have you're game connected to either Facebook or Kingdom? If so you may want to check it's still connected, if it is it might also be worth disconnecting and reconnecting again.

Delete the Facebook App and then tap connect in the game, it will open a web browser instead for you to log in. That should hopefully reset the connection to FB. Once you're done you can reinstall the app.

Nothing to do for now, the new levels have yet to be released for Mobile platform. Shouldn't take long hopefully.

FYI That's not something that can be fixed from a distance, what's the exact error message you're getting exactly when you're trying to download?

First thing to do if you haven't already is look for any updates available for the game. If there isn't any, it's usually best to reinstall but I'd connect your game to FB or Kingdom first so that your progress is safe! Otherwise it'll be lost
