If it seems that different it may be worth recording whats happening in your game and posting it back here. Kind of hard to make out the difference between your game and the Apptipper version without seeing what's going on.

If you've recently upgraded to the new iOS it may be worth reinstalling the game. It's not uncommon for Apps to become unresponsive following an OS update. If they fail to work with the update version of your OS, a reinstall usually resolves it.

As far as I understand it, they only start appearing after being on a level for a while and they automatically get added to your moves when you play, it's not option to use them whenever you want. Is that not happening for you k8?

What would be good to know is stuff like what Mobile you have, the model, the OS and version it runs. Do you have the FB app installed on it or do you connect your game to FB via the browser pop up instead?

Yeah it's quite a combo to tackle at once. I'd also say this one needs adjusting!

If you had an iOS update then reinstall the game, it's not uncommon for Apps to be unresponsive after an OS update. Easiest thing is to uninstall and reinstall the game.

If you can, get on a PC and play the level there, it's definitely easier to pass there than compared to on mobile!

Hmm if everything is set the way it should be in your date and time settings and have already check for updates, I think the best thing might be to reinstall it as there's obviously something going wrong with one of the game files. The only thing is you will lose any messages and items you have banked.
