As far as I understand it, they only start appearing after being on a level for a while and they automatically get added to your moves when you play, it's not option to use them whenever you want.
Is that not happening for you k8?

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
