I'm amazed you managed to amass 370 lives! Progress and gold bars gets synced to either FB or Kingdom whilst boosters and messages are device specific so only get stored locally on the device itself.

There's a roadblock at that stage, you should be able to request tickets from friends since you're using Facebook, either that or spend 9 gold bars to get past or wait for the timer to go to zero to unlock automatically.

What the exact error message you're getting Sweet piggy, is coming from the game or the browser? If you could take a screenshot it could come in useful. First thing to do if you haven't already done is to troubleshoot the browser you use, remove all cache & cookies and restart it. If you get no joy from that, try also…

What's happening when you try to connect to FB Anna, does it just load endlessly or do you get a message of some sort? Since you play on a computer your progress is saved to the FB server, so if I were you I'd try uninstalling the game and the FB app if you have it, reinstall and reconnect it to FB again.

I think the booster wheel is a thing of the past personally. Last year there was a lot more special events and challenges where it's possible to earn prizes which shows a shift in approach. I certainly prefer a challenge over spinning a wheel that taunts me with a prize I never win!

No official date is ever given out by King for any of there games so I wouldn't expect that to change any time soon. What you can roughly expect is new levels every 2 weeks, just don't be surprised if it's sometimes longer than that.
