It's not possible to transfer to another Facebook account as it's tied to that account.

You need to generate and use those candies on the board in order for you to complete the order. When you do you'll see the numbers go down.

That's a King Care account, not a Kingdom one. Go to www.king.com and you'll see on the left hand side a section where you can make an account! :)

I don't think you'll have much luck with that as King only restore or refund items that have been purchased, free items aren't covered as it part of the service you pay for when purchasing from them.

Personally I use Chrome as it has Flash built into but would recommend Mozilla for sure. Stay away from MSN!!! FOREVER!!!! Nothing but malware and useless toolbars that get added without permission that causes issues with your browser!

The game is not made to be played on PC so if you're playing it in an emulator, you can expect some issues and no support from King. They will just tell you to play the game on a Mobile device as it's designed to be.

This normally only happens on levels which its not possible to lay boosters and special candies at the start due to the nature of the board. Which level is this happening to you on Cynthia?

Running on Chrome? If you're playing on mobile it will be either Android, iOS, Windows or Kindle no? The option to save your progress is in the game by connecting to either a Facebook or Kingdom account.

Yeah that can happen with new games, especially with recent levels. The moves will either be changed to 22 or kept at 28 depending on feedback of difficulty.

If you were connected to Facebook thgen you should be able to restore your progress by connecting to Facebook again in your game.
