If you have boosters in your account I would not recommend logging out of the game in settings, and I certainly would not recommend uninstalling the app! I have never done this myself. I always got by with the old box @HM100 because UFOs were offered to me along with extra moves for watching adverts, even when I replayed old levels. Timed UFOs also were useful for the last chocolate.

The pop-ups are not a bug. They are a deliberate method used by the app to slow players down.
