Which level are you at @torstenflinkk ? You should never have to spend 250 gold per episode: Does the game not give you more and more extra moves for just 10 gold bars, right up to +255 additional moves?

Interesting. Undoubtedly this is fixed by the app. Given the luck I had today all of a sudden after a year of getting boxes that were of medium luck, I find in inconceivable that it could have been coincidence.

I saw this as well when I logged in this morning. However I got the old Season Pass, so apart from the useless icon taking away the space for the events folder, I'm finding the game otherwise behaves normally. I do get the offer to play on if I fail. This is my home screen:

That's great to hear as I've been a bit worried. Give my love to your grandma. It's good to hear she's still active. For the record it's her who inspired me to try playing more than one account, back in the days. I love the cat account.
