I would really like it if you made the contests more winnable. For example, my latest is to work with everyone to collect green bubbles and win rewards. To get these prizes we only have to reach 140 million! I have yet to receive a reward for attaining even half that number. The amounts you set are unattainable

This has finally resolved for me! I hadn’t received any messages/lives since the end of October; I opened the game this morning and I suddenly had all of my messages and lives back. I don’t know what you did, but thank you, finally.

I have tried that repeatedly and it didn’t help. Months now and no extra lives from friends.

I agree with the above comment. I had over 50 lives that disappeared and I have not received any in almost two months, even though I request lives from friends every day. What has happened? Why can’t you fix this? We aren’t making this problem up. I am up to level 6336 and if I wasn’t so far along I would have deleted this…

I agree with the above comment. I have done everything they requested but the issue is not resolved. I sent out at least twenty requests for lives four days ago and a I have received nothing. I am not a conspiracy theorist, I don’t think there is an organized effort to not send me lives. Why did all of my additional lives…

Are you telling me that the reason I am not receiving lives is because no one is sending them to me? That is nonsense..they are not coming through! I had well over 50, one morning I woke up and they were all gone and I haven’t received an additional life from a friend since.

Also have the problem with no lives since the end of October. My game ID is 1326325622. I don’t know how to find the game version, but I am using iOS17.7.1 on my iPad mini. This is very frustrating, I had well over 50 lives and it looks like I am sending them but not receiving any
