Hi PrettyBubbles. same person communicated with you yesterday here. I was stuck at 824 then i used my old broken iPad to pass it so now I'm stuck at 825, which I'm sure i can still pass on my old iPad it's just i don't want to keep playing on a broken device as it really hurt my eyes.
I'm using a iPhone 12 and iPad 9 to play this now. Stucking problem happens exactly the same on both device. I think it's because somehow the game has some bug with the newest ios system.
Hi yes back in 2020 there was a known issue but a fix was delivered currently we don't have a known issue so let's hope this is just a blip as occasionally connection blips do occur as they do with all gaming sites
To find this out can you please tell me what level is froze and I will head over and play the level to see if the freezing can be duplicated
Also can you tell me what device and platform you are using
In the meantime please clear the in game cache from your device settings then apps then logg out not just close the game and leave your device off for a few moments let's see if this clears it for you ๐

Hi guys the update from the studio is that BW2 will receive an update and new levels next week but havnt given a day. However, this is good news as an update not only produces new levels but usually includes fixes ๐๐

Hi @salazar31780 No it definitely won't work via Facebook no updates are loaded any where other than play store for BW2
I can only suggest that you be patient for the update with new chapters is rolled out this will normal correct bugs ๐๐
Yes I am playing BW2 on an iphone via king. I have closed the game, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and also have restarted my phone. Even when i play the game through Facebook on a desktop it still does not move to the next level after passing it.

Have you tried reinstalling the game? Just make sure that you have your progress saved and synced before trying.

I opened the game today & noticed my lives are missing that were sent by other players. Last night I had over 50 when I closed out the game. Where did they go & how do I get them back? Also today there are no ads offered? Are you taking away ads as an option for help completing levels?
