where in the game do i go to ask for more friends. i have a small list to send and receive lives from and i would like to expand the list

game is still treating me like a new player
Everyday i play a couple of times and for the last month everytime i play, the game walks me through how to get friends and i keep losing my place on the wheel to where i am now starting the wheel fresh like its the first time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

i have lossed process and it keeps treating me like a new player as far as walking me throuh how to add friends. I play at least once a day and most of the time several times a day. Please help

why is it that every time I log into game, I have to go through the tutorial on adding friends?
