I had the same with my piggy bank where it pops up when the game is first opened. It's back to normal now

I used the contact Us link at the bottom of this page just under the King logo. I was told to wait until days end to see if the gold bars are credited to my profile before contacting them again tomorrow if they are not there.

I haven't received any gold bars despite completing all three tiers & getting a countdown timer which has now expired telling me that I would be able to claim my gold bars, a share of the pot +10 for tier one +40 for tier two. Does support have any idea when i can expect to get my gold bars?

I got a countdown timer on my events calender for when the gold bars will be payed out. It's today at 14:00GMT

I play through Facebook on my laptop, I've completed this & will wait for the reward on Feb 1st. My question is will I be able to claim my share of the gold there or will it be another fiasco like with the party boosters which I couldn't claim after winning?

I experienced this a few weeks ago where I lost all the events & couldn't connect to the store etc. After playing a few levels it corrected itself & the events all returned to normal. I would try playing a few easy levels and see what happens.
