I completed the final and was told I’d receive my share of the payout on February 1st but I haven’t received anything. That is the screen I got when I completed the 3rd tier

I haven't received any gold bars despite completing all three tiers & getting a countdown timer which has now expired telling me that I would be able to claim my gold bars, a share of the pot +10 for tier one +40 for tier two.

Does support have any idea when i can expect to get my gold bars?

Hi bettinaRick, I hope we haven't been forgotten about & that the gold bars are indeed on the way. I thought the time between the event finishing & today was so the event organisers can work out what to pay out to each winner since there are three different tiers of winners.

The last event the months worth of party boosters which I was one of the winners, I never got that prize either through the platform I play on which is through Facebook.
