I purchased the $30.99 bundle for bubble witch says 3 and didn't receive my purchase in game, sent emails but what else can I do? Please help me

  • Joseph45, i did all that several times still my purchased items still not there, have emailed support and development, no response. And since that has never happened before I purchased the $17.99 bundle and same thing happened. I think I just lost and wasted about $50!

  • I purchased the $30.99 and it said successful and then my phone powered off for no reason, when I powered it back on my purchase was not there, I've sent emails but no answer yet. What do I do, I'm afraid to play anymore without receiving my purchase, Please help me!
