When I had this issue, @QueenB was able to help me to get the reward each month. It was a hassle but I think I got all 12.

I won last year and we had trouble getting the first 100 bars. It will probably come a few days later (Jan 8-11th), but contact @QueenB if you do not receive them. I and others had to do this several times during the year, if it did not come automatically on the 1st. Congratulations!!!

Did you have to make it to the finals to get the team Tiffi rewards? I was on team Tiffi and did not get the screenshot saying we won. I only made it to 8th place in the knockouts.
