I have same problem since their update version 7.6.35 on 05/19/2021 for iPhone 11 Pro Max. I’m at level 1036 or 1037 and don’t want to start over. It worked fine all day u til I did their mobile update. Reset my cache, and forced restart of iPhone. Still cannot get the Bubble Witch Sage 3 game to open.
