Thank you Alienscar for your response. It might be a Windows issue, which my friend and I both use, but I hope not. And yes, it is a brand new link. One was sent 2 days ago, and then they tried it again just yesterday.

Thank you CaramelKat for your response. I'm signed using and signed into the same device I always use for Crush. I beleive it is updated but how do I check that, just in case?
