@woosh when it updates I lose all my lives,friends and any boosters I have collected. It doesnt however lose my level, but I think probably because I regular log out and save my game so when I log back in its has saved the level I am currently on. Hope that helps.

I've never played through face book and I still get the same problems when ever there is an update.

Any news when this is going to be fixed

Ridiculous all lives gone and no friends only from a FB account I haven't got anymore. I've deleted and reinstalled the game, now I've lost all my rewards. Is this what happens everytime we have an update I'm close to deleting the whole game all together

@woosh yes I played on FB for a long time but then i deactivated my account so just played on my king account. I synced it prior to deactivating and it was fine, I didn't lose anything. I would be wary of doing it at the moment though untill this glitch is sorted out. Hope that helps answer your question. Good luck 😊

My BubbleWitch2 I’ve lost all my lives and my friends, I am no longer on Facebook is that the problem ? Although it played fine for a long time after I deactivated my account. what’s happened ? Who do we notify ?

posting as requested by @KimElston Same problem as reported by so many of you. No lives, No friends. Play on mobile devices. Have only a king account now. Never recieved any free lives for two hours like some of you have reported. It's a shame because I love this game. Might need to look at what other games are out there.
