I've contacted them . They want my player ID number which is supposedly on my profile. There is no number there! They are hopeless. Im about to leave the game as if is becoming too stressfu watching these ridiculous 35 sec ads and then my game ends. NOT HAPPY

Hi I am so over this bloody Temu ads nonsense. It has been happening to me for 4 months. Support say to contact them with your player number which I cant locate on my profile. Also other info which is ridiculously hard to provide

Yes It does. FH are not taking this seriously.

I've reported and nothing is fixed. This morning Ive watched 10 bloody adverts with no reward. Its time to stop playing this game.

Im having a break for a while from Farm Heroes. Im feeling ripped off as Ive lostd so much time and reward moves. King need to get tough with Temu as I suspect theyre doing this on purpose. No other advertiser causes me to lose rewards. Anyhow Ill concentrate on Toon Blast!

Thanks. It is very hard to collect this information. Every game I've played today and many other days I've missed out on 5 free moves on multiple occasions . The only ads that cheat me on giving free moves are the Temu ones msinly on the on 3rd ad watch.
