Hey japwmp82- Check that you have the latest version of Candy Crush installed, enough spare memory (this can sometimes cause freezes) and restart your iPhone after you have installed the app. Let me know how you get on :-)

Hi Shirley- I know of a few things you can try. Make sure your cache is clean and the Java is up to date. I use the site https://www.whatismybrowser.com to check these. After doing this, try to load the game again. If still no luck, try a different browser- I always use Chrome. King has this tutorial video for FB loading…

I just tested the same on my phone (I just updated to ios 9 too) and Candy Crush asks me to allow it to open up Facebook. It then opens the app. Are you logged into Facebook before you try and connect your game? I wondered if this might make a difference. Let me know. :-)

@Connie- Are you having this problem on any other apps or only Candy Crush? Do you try and connect to Facebook when you have a strong wifi connection? Is anyone else here having this problem since the iOS update?
