Hey Michelle, this is an usual problem. Is the Booster wheel never there? Which browser are you playing on? 

Hi Kevin- when you click on the left hand side of the game (the arrow) can you see a orange symbol with white people silhouettes? If the option is there you can connect to the Kingdom with an email address. This is an alternative option to backing up your levels with Facebook. Let me know if you need a hand. 

Hi Thrichardson- Were all of your levels there? To restore the items on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again :) Please note that this will not work on the lives…

Hi Ladiee- wow you're doing great to be at the end so far! New releases come quite often and the best place to keep up to date on the new releases is on their Facebook fan page- see here https://www.facebook.com/PetRescueSaga Keep rescuing those pets :) Maybe you can help some of our out that are on the lower levels. 

Hi Joris- The Boosters are not transferable between different devices, but opening the game on another device should not cause your to lose all of your Boosters from the original device. Check your first device and see if the Boosters are still there. 

Hi Dena- Which model of iPad are you both using, and which version of Candy Crush is installed? (You can check this in the Appstore). Have you had this problem for long? Thanks for letting me know.

Hey Rachel, don't worry about your levels because once the issue with logging into Facebook is fixed all of your levels should appear again. What model of tablet are you playing on? Have you got the latest versions of Candy Crush and Facebook installed? 

Hi Mozilla976- which level are you playing on? Does this happen when you enter any level in Dreamworld?
