Hey Diane, if all of your levels are backed up on Facebook (you can check this on your PC to be sure) then you are safe to re-install the game on your iPad. When the game is reinstalled you can log in again to FB and your levels will be there. Please note that any free Boosters that you won may be lost during this…

Sorry this feature is only for paid items. Sorry it probably is not the answer you were looking for. I know that the Boosters are not always safe so I tend to use mine as and when I win them. After- all, I can always win more. :)

Hey Bobbi- I think chances are you just used your Gold Bars to "buy" something. This is in game currency so it will say thanks for your purchase. If you have not registered a card or payment method then no money will have been taken :)
