Hey Lane! on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again :) Let me know how you get on. 

Hey Kaddz- I had a similar problem on my mobile too and I found a workaround. Are you able to check the messages/requests on Facebook on your PC? If not, then try force closing your apps and restarting your mobile. Let me know how you get on. :)

Hey Sue! Can you please upload a screenshot so that we can take a look and try and work out why it will not allow you to pass this level? Let me know if you need a hand. 

Hey Mamiejo, I hope you haven't given up. When I am stuck on a level I take a break for a few days then come back again. Your mind will be fresh and who knows you might end up with your lucky board! Don't give up, I am sure that you can do it.
