Hey Donald are you playing on a computer through Facebook/King.com or are you playing on a mobile? If so, what type of mobile. I will try and give you some tips then :)

Hey Carter, It sounds like you may not have the most up to date version of Candy Crush on your iPad. Go to the app store and update all of your apps then restart the device. This should do the trick :) 

If you play connected to Facebook you can log into your account on your smartphone and your levels will be there :)
