Was able to connect today but sadly my log in streak of over 700 is gone. But at least I can play now

I too am having the some problem. Have reached out to customer service and done everything asked, still nothing. Will not connect at all. I'm starting to think they are no longer supporting Kindle app. I've played this game for so long I'd hate to see it go.
