Hiya @coco427 By chance did you reinstall the game?. If thats the case when you install the game you loose the boosters and only remain with the normal six lives you have and the gold. This is because the gold is the one that is usually saved in the servers together with your level progress. Sorry about that😔

Hiya there@Kira1447 Just make sure your gran is always logged on to her account. Because if she doesnt log in it will always go back to level 1. Logging in to either fb or king ensures that your levels are always saved and updated.

Hiya there @oreofletcher you wont lose your progress if you have been saving your game. Try using your browser for now. It might be a server problem as werner said
