my level has not moved at all from 5860 what is going on i play this game on my computer my level on that is 5911
@cherylpitt Hi and welcome, I think as you are at the last levels you are playing the game on the windows 10 app pre release games so you facebook or mobile game will not match the levels on the windows 10 app. the windows 10 pre release levels are 2 weeks ahead of facebook / mobile game

Hiya there @cherylpitt make sure your laptop is connected to the internet and you have saved your progress in your account. Log out then try logging in to facebook again
If you're playing through fb, you will need to check if your game setting have expired. Follow the steps given in the link for the same.

Hello @cherylpitt so are u saying you've passed a few levels after 5860 on your computer but its not getting recorded??
Try playing a level again, and try thr standard troubleshooting method- log out, clear cache, restart device and login the game to see if it can sync to the level you are on.

When you have stars you can redeem for rewards on island ,the bubble doesnt come up so you can redeem them. I have 100 stars but no bubble to get to island . Uninstalled and reinstalled, reset my phone with no results.
