Version 1.309 appears to fix the bug by thickening the 12 four-layered frostings to five-layered ones. This can make the level possible. Does anyone here have it? I'm not on that level yet.

If you have 9 lollipop hammers, try to use them in each order lock three times and the level can become possible. https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/comment/3381917#Comment_3381917 Maybe the player passed the episode while the level was technically possible without boosters

Extending this post to a Wonderful Wrapper Glitch. If you try to open a Wonderful Wrapper by using boosters like Lollipop Hammer and Party Booster, the game board may also freeze, preventing you from doing anything other than quitting the level and losing a life.
