Hi Susan, If you were logging in with a Facebook or King account your progress will have been saved on the servers. The game saves either local (not saved outside your phone) and on Facebook or King servers. Try logging in with your Facebook or King account.. you may have been logging in and saving https://care.king.com/en/alphabetty-saga/superstar-information-post-why-cant-i-get-back-to-my-current-level

Hi Carla, Thank you for posting on King Care. You will need to log in with the same account you were previously saving to before. (Facebook or King) Please see here on how to log in.
