It sounds like your game has connected to Kingdom rather than Facebook. Open the game, go the settings and click on the orange icon and disconnect from Kingdom. Then go back and connect to Facebook from the home screen.

I'm sure it's something like 'allow access to friends list' that you need to check.

You will need to log out of the game and Facebook. Clear caches, restart your app and then log back into Facebook in the app and also your browser and open Candy Crush to reconnect.

There should be 1270 levels on Facebook. Do you not see any further levels on your map? What can you see?

Try disconnecting from Facebook and reconnecting if you're on mobile or clearing your browser cache if on Facebook :)

You need to delete log out of both apps, log out of Facebook in your browser as well, then restart your phone and log back in again as normal.
