Hi! It sounds like your game is crashing, which is annoying for sure. Like simplyP said: Updating your game version can definitely help. If you are on the latest game version and it is still crashes, then please send us your playerID (see here how to get that) so we can find out why you are crashing. Thanks!

Sorry if this gets too technical, but it's about memory - not storage. Memory is what is currently running on your phone, and as far as I can tell (I don't have an iPhone): By default, Apple does not let you see information about your memory usage.
