Sometimes cherries do take a long time to drop, but it shouldn't be too long. Be sure to give it another try and see if it happens again.

See if you can sign out of your account within the app and back into it. It sounds like your app is not able to connect to the internet.

Hi there, unfortunately this happens to all of us - although it should not be often. You just need to start over again... If it happens a lot, that means something is wrong either with your device or your app. So sorry for this...

If your progress is saved on your Facebook, you may need to link it to sync across all other devices. But this isn't a bad thing, it will save to your email, not Facebook.

It sounds like your app is not properly connecting to the internet. Are you able to try signing out of your account within the app and signing back into it?

Hmm, it sounds like the memory that stored your boosters and lives was lost. Sorry about that... Did it save your level progress?

Thanks for sharing. Some levels aren't designed properly at the start so I'm sure they will fix this soon :)

Hmm, which rewards were you supposed to get that you missed? Not all rewards can be used every level.
