Hey there @minnaj and sorry to hear about this experience, When it's not tracking levels for you in the different events, are you playing new levels, levels through the pink door (mastery levels) or are you playing older levels? Usually events do not allow to play older levels, but most events you should be able to playβ¦

Hi there @tessie_1 and I'm sorry to hear that! Most likely you've been logged out of your account, but you should be able to retrieve your progress if you log back into your account! That's a good question! It's clear that players who are used to Sprinkleshell liked him, but the studio noted that it wasn't always clear for players on how to use this helper and it wasn't always well balanced - so the studio decided for the time being to focus more on the levels and gameplay itself and work on that.β¦

Hey there @nekocat and that is a totally fair question, if I'm reading this correct - that is the goal as well and that the studio is testing first if this works in the game - but ideally yes there will be more things to motivate you π Of course, most of the events in the game are also focused on moving forward, but yes -β¦

I understand it must be frustrating when the boosters and events change - but I also hope you can have some new events in your game soon to help progress in the game.
