Yeah, I'm on 319 right now. Can't remember what I was at when I got the cats, but it worked the first 3 times I upgraded something. Now no more potions.

I went to http://bubblewitch3saga.com/en/ and clicked on "Play Now" and it brought up all the different places to download it. Guess it depends on your platform: Apple Store, Google Play, Windows 10, Amazon and Facebook. If you already have it installed, try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Update: it just happened again. 3rd time upgrading and no energy potion received for Star Cats.
