When I've run out of lives, and game tried to reload, I get "Magic in Progress" on screen and a twirly circle, (like when device trying to connect online) and then a screen saying "Shop not Open", before I can 'try my level again'. Have reloaded, using another email login. Same problem. Advise please? Thanks lots.

I changed my email login for BW3 and reloaded game, but still get the same problem while playing. Very frustrating :-(

I cannot load Bubble Witch 3 on my Fire tablet either. Despite removing and reinstalling, twice. And it's not a memory problem either :-( not happy
