@Snow_Rider π There's no way to claim the rewards because when you click on 'finished' it takes you to the league table, then changes page to the rewards - an empty page like everyone has been posting screenshots of, like mine in the first post of this thread, meaning there's nothing to claim Β―\_(γ)_/Β― We've been on a wildβ¦

Hi @Snow_Rider π Thanks for the update π Can you tell us what will happen to the rewards we've lost, and will continue to lose until the fix, will they be manually added or are we to just lose out on them? Mine has two days left, so i definitely won't get them unless added manually.

Sorry you're having the same issue. And you had the right idea on not emailing support, because well, what support is there for us exactly? Better off just putting up with it and losing out on the rewards that we actually win, because i'd rather keep my sanity than play the back and forth email game with support π

I'm not trying again @PrettyBubbles , i give up! Unbelievably though, i just this minute had an email from them asking me to give feedback on the 'help' i received. They're having a laugh at our expense methinks!

Agreed, it's a pointless exercise sending the first email, let alone follow up ones. It makes me wonder if there are any real CS agents replying to us or is it just automated replies from a bot? π€

That bit was in brackets @PrettyBubbles , the sentence was 'there really is no point, they always do this to me' - meaning, it's not worth me replying again to them because it's the same every time there's an issue, they've never ever responded properly, only generic emails telling me to ask the community when it's veryβ¦
