Hey FjK, Testing is in their middle name I´d say, I can´t imagine any company of their size not testing their own products. Of course levels get a lot harder. I´d recommend this page for hard levels. They have great tutorials too http://candycrush.wikia.com/wiki/Level_2435

Hey Maureen, Have you tried this level on a mobile device too? Clear cache on your PC and try another browser, see if it happens again.

Hey Mary, I like fish with with my chips, but I'm not to keen on them in Candy Crush Saga either. From what I've seen, lives are saved on the mobile version of the game, but on PC they last as long as your session on Facebook. Maybe try playing this one on mobile too, once it's out?

Hey Pim, Sounds like you´ve done pretty much everything. Just double check if you have allowed the game on your Facebook, through the settings of your Facebook. Go here https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications and select Candy Crush Saga. Then walk through the different questions and revise your answers.
