Hey Claire, It this only for Soda Saga or for other apps as well? Maybe try clearing the cache of your Google Play Store app and restart your mobile. If not, keep an eye out for any update for the game as it will surely improve things.

Hey LunaLunar, Try clearing your browser´s cache and restart your PC. Then install and open https://www.google.com/chrome/ Keep other programs closed and just open one tab for your Facebook and try again. It works fine for me on Facebook in Chrome and I can also play it in Windows 10.
