  • Hey Tom, I'd say first clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Then only open 1 tab in Google Chrome and try again there. You can also give it a try on King.com.

  • Is that on a Windows Phone Margaret? Check for updates for your Candy Crush Soda Saga app and your device in general. Restart your device afterwards and give it another try.

  • Hey Igor, As a huge fan of their games, I'd like to see that happening too. I noticed as well that not all of their games are on King.com yet. I use Windows 10 on my PC and I also saw that not all of their games are out there as apps. Maybe we should give them some time and see what's going to happen. Either way I'm glad…

  • Hey JillyJill, Some things in life are hard to answer and I believe this is one ;-) These challenges come and go really, they seem to be date and time related and not always everybody seem to get those. I've seen them come and go and sometimes some of my friends are playing them while I didn't get any or the other way…

  • Did you check for updates for your tablet too? Restart your tablet afterwards. If you played connected to a Facebook or a Kingdom account, then you should simply reconnect the game app to the relevant account and that should give you your progress back.
