  • Did you connect your game to the Kingdom? That's the orange symbol in the settings of your Candy Crush Soda Saga app. It saves your progress too and is excellent if you don't want to use Facebook.

  • Hey Mike, I'm not much of a tech savvy but I'd only play on PC either through Facebook, King.com or the Windows 10 app for Candy Crush Saga. Always make sure you regularly clear cache and restart your PC every now and then. Install updates when they are available too.

  • Hey Hyam, Just connecting the game to your Kingdom or your Facebook account should do the trick. Maybe first check for updates for the game app, your Facebook app and your iOS. Restart your device too. Try using a strong WiFi connection.
