Hey Ann, You mean you used to connect to the Kingdom on your previous phone? Then just install the game app on your new phone and connect to your Kingdom account again from within the game app. That should bring you to the level you played when last connected to your Kingdom account.

Hey Sandy, Check out this video for this level https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=81nIHWiNKd8 This metal cage traps a pet if there is no block underneath. If you hit it with a column or a line blaster, it will become a wooden cage. It won´t get destroyed though when it gets to the bottom.

Hey Christine, What type of iPad are you playing on and what iOS version do you use? iPad 1 won´t be compatible anymore and iPad 2 may not be compatible anymore by now for newer games; it could start crashing as per it´s limited 512 MB Ram.
