I need help on level 196. I need to know how to remove the black blocks. There is nothing to help get rid of them

This metal cage traps a pet if there is no block underneath.
If you hit it with a column or a line blaster, it will become a wooden cage.
It won´t get destroyed though when it gets to the bottom.
