Hey Thumper, What mobile are you playing on? I checked on my iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 9.3 and I have still the option to connect to or disconnect from Facebook on the Farm.

Just trying to help you here Dawn. As I can still play, I thought the issue might be on your side. If it would be their game, then why can I and many other players still play and enjoy the game? I feel sorry for your time and fortune spent in case you see this as a waste now.

Hey Maeva, Did you use a feature called Kingdom? It also saves your progress and it only requires an email address, username, password and avatar. That´s the orange icon in the settings of the game. Try it out and see if you already setup an account!

Hey Cav, Make sure he´s properly logged out of his Facebook on the Facebook app on his iPad Mini and of his Facebook within the game app. Check for updates for the Facebook and Candy Crush Jelly Saga app and restart the device. Hey Giggles, Do you have a newer device you could play on in the meantime? I bet they are working on this, but it might take some time. I´ve seen people here telling this is happening for Candy Crush too on their iPad 2. I updated to iOS 9.3 on my iPhone and all my games work smooth.

Hey KK, Double check for updates for the iOS version on your iPad and for the Facebook and Farm Heroes Saga app. Restart your iPad too. Make sure you properly logout from your Facebook on your iPad, and from your Facebook inside the Farm Heroes Saga app. Then try again connecting to both. That´s what does the trick for me…
