  • Did you check for updates for the Jelly Saga app too? Restart your iPad 2 as well. I bet you don´t have any issue on your iPhone. I recently acquired the 6 Plus and have updated to iOS 9.3 as well. All my games work smooth on that one too. I guess your iPhone isn´t a 2011 model either like your iPad 2?

  • Hey Heather, Android 2.3 is the minimum required; try to update to a newer Android version if your device allows that. If not, you might soon have to change device. For the moment, try to update to a newer OS version and check for updates for the Farm Heroes Saga app. Restart your Android too.

  • Hey Perry, Saw some comments on Facebook too so I´m pretty sure this is being looked into. Do you have any other and newer device (iPad 2 = 2011) where you can play on in the meantime? I have an iPhone 6 Plus, just installed iOS 9.3 and all my games work very smooth.

  • What Windows Phone version are you using? Check for updates for your device and for the Candy Crush Saga app. Restart your device too. Maybe check with the Windows Phone support as it sounds more like a device related issue.
