  • Hey Masha, Make sure you connect your game to either your Facebook or your Kingdom account. Check for updates for both your devices and for the Pyramid Solitaire Saga app on both devices too. Restart your iPhone and iPad. It think this should fix this in case it´s a tech issue.

  • It looks indeed like another player. Have you tried to tap on it? Do you see more of these when you scroll down on your road map? If you play connected to the Kingdom, then you can see other players too. I think those are automatically selected and assigned.

  • Hey Conn85, Check for updates for the OS on your tablet and the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app. Last one was released on the 3rd of march, version 1.11.5; That´s what is says on mine. Restart your tablet too. Does that error message say something else apart from that code?

  • What troubleshooting have you done? Try clearing cache on your PC first.Restart your PC afterwards. Make sure you close other programs and tabs while playing. Try different browsers, although I think the best one out there is Google Chrome. Be aware that refreshing your screen/session on PC will make you lose your lives.

  • Hey Willie, Trouble spreading the Jam? Try to create nice combos of color bombs and fishies to get rid of the different blockers. Fastest way to spread the Jam is the color bomb and wrapped candy combo, but try to get some Jam involved there ;-) Watch here how Pete Peppers resolves this…

  • I see what you mean TommyG, but then I guess it´s up to us to control our fingers. I always try to read well before tapping anything. Buying those shiny gold bars requires more than one tap too.
