Jelly saga, can't buy gold bars

Yes, I have the update as of 3/2, playing using an android tablet. Payment info is correct because I can buy gold bars in original candy crush and soda saga. It was never a problem in those apps. In Jelly I get an error message with a big long code referenced. You are missing out on my money big time. Solution would be great

Check for updates for the OS on your tablet and the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app. Last one was released on the 3rd of march, version 1.11.5; That´s what is says on mine.

Restart your tablet too.

Does that error message say something else apart from that code?

Hi All I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. On the win 10 app I earn boosters but when I play the facebook version on a browser I get no boosters whatsoever no matter what. Can I fix this? TIA
