Same here, just the connection error. This all started for me when I changed my password after finding it had been compromised. Not sure if that matters, but maybe it can help.

Sadly the reinstall didn’t work. I even tried reinstalling on my phone and another iPad and it just returns the error. Any further steps I can try?
