When you say he signed up with King using his email address, do you mean he made a Kingdom account? If not, where exactly did he sign up?

They're on your old phone. If it's a new phone then the only thing that would carry over is your progress and gold bars once it's synced to FB or Kingdom. Boosters and messages are stored locally one a device and do not get synced to a server.

Purchasing gold bars should not normally move you to the next level, the only time you can purchase to move forward is by using gold bars to get tickets for roadblocks, is that what you mean?

I don't think your problem has anything to do with Tech support, it seems you're in need of a bomb disposal squad. Once you hit the 450,000 target point, stop and let the timer run out, this way you'll pass for sure. If you continue and a bomb goes of between one of your moves... game over, even with the target score…

That's strange, does the "Stop" button appear for you? It may be possible that the game app is corrupted and so it may be worth a shot to sync your progress to either FB or Kingdom and do a fresh install of the game.

I think it's a feature only for PC, I've never come across it my mobile game but can see it when I play on my PC.
