I got a new nexus 5x phone, reinstalled game twice & still didn't get my many boosts, gold bars & 99+ lives back. Not happy & would like them all reissued. Thank you.
Thank you for replying & yes, they are all on the old phone. Really wish that with today's technology, everything would transfer.
They're on your old phone. If it's a new phone then the only thing that would carry over is your progress and gold bars once it's synced to FB or Kingdom. Boosters and messages are stored locally one a device and do not get synced to a server.

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
