Hey folks the level isnt really that difficult. A total of two pets will drop at a time. In order from them to drop you will need a ×2 block in any column (that's what the paint is for). Once you get a ×2 block, clear any blocks that is directly above or directly below it, and a pet will drop in that column. See picture…
