Hi Diane, I think that refreshing the Facebook page literally means starting a new Facebook session for which you lose your lives as they are only valid throughout one Facebook session. Try clearing cache on your PC and use Google Chrome as a browser maybe, see how it goes?

Ouch that's nasty, especially with your progress! Have you tried clearing cache on your PC? I believe in restarts, try that too and when back on track, open Google Chrome and close all other programs and tabs. If it stays the same on Facebook, then try playing on king.com too and see how it goes there.

Try clearing cache on your PC and do a restart. I think that the best browser out there is Google Chrome, try that one if you're not using it already. Apart from Facebook, you could also try to play the game on King.com and see how it goes there. Maybe you're passed the roadblock already?
